Accessing Employee Online

Log in to the Employee Online Portal

  • Open your web browser and go to http://eo.olatheschools.com
  • Log on using your Windows Network ID/user name and password.  This is the same logon info you use at work to get on the network.
  • EO is available from both inside and outsde the district network to all district staff.

Upon logging in to EO, you will view two tabs: Employee Online and Leave Tracking

  • Use the Employee Online tab to access employee records and pay information starting July 1, 2013.
  • Use the Leave Tracking tab to access leave history since July 1, 2013.
